About the Project
Key, LLC was selected by ArDOT as the Design-Builder for the Progressive Design Build Project No. 110651 in West Memphis, AR. We are currently working with our 60% OPCC plans to price the project and invite you to submit you own pricing bid for consideration.
Project Anticipated Start Date: Q4 of 2024 / Q1 of 2025
Key, LLC is seeking local DBE firms to possibly subcontract the following services throughout the project: dirt work, asphalt, concrete, rebar, fencing, electrical/traffic signals, permanent markings, grassing, signs, hauling, & MOT.
